Project Manager - AIOT

Position Purpose

The Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting the rollout and business expansion of new AIOT products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. As a project lead, you will assist in coordinating daily operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth supply chain and channel execution to help drive our brand’s growth and local presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Partnership & Supplier Coordination: Assist in business negotiations and coordinate daily project tasks to help secure a competitive, high-quality supply of products.

* Cross-Functional Teamwork: Act as a key communication bridge across various departments to synchronize workflows, and promptly escalate and help resolve operational issues.

* Product & Inventory Monitoring: Assist in managing the local product lifecycle and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

* Channel, Retail & Online Store Support: Contribute to offline and online expansion efforts by coordinating the setup, rollout, and routine maintenance of physical retail displays, as well as supporting digital storefront operations to maintain brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or business coordination (prior exposure to consumer electronics, smart home appliances, or tech gadgets is a strong plus).

* Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and a willingness to learn budget management.

* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
