Project Manager & Remodeling Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager & Remodeling Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will lead remodeling projects from conception to completion while driving high-end sales through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Duties

• Manage remodeling projects by coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, present design ideas, and provide detailed layout plans using SketchUp or CAD software.
• Drive outside sales efforts by building strong customer relationships through personalized service, and effective upselling of fixtures, lighting, and renovation solutions.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and scope with clients to close deals confidently while maintaining profitability.
• Assist customers inside the store with product selection, merchandising, and providing expert advice on remodeling and fixture sales.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and manage account information efficiently.
• Oversee installation processes and coordinate with contractors for maintenance or renovation work ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, or retail sales with a focus on high end products or remodeling solutions.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, interior design principles, lighting design, and fixture installation.
• Exceptional communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Basic math skills for estimating costs and preparing quotes accurately.
