Project Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager 15+ YEARS with strong experience in high-rise buildings to lead, plan, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate must have proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-storey building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Job description,

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents for high-rise structures.
• Coordinate with consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare method statements and work programs.
• Supervise and oversee all construction activities on high-rise building projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and structural works.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Manage cost control, variation orders, and procurement of materials.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure construction works meet specifications and high-rise building standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and snagging.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Lead site meetings and resolve project issues.
• Provide updates on risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong experience in high-rise building construction (mandatory).
• 15+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local authority regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
