Project Manager – Architect | Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and site progress.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design/construction-related issues.
• Ensure projects meet client requirements, building standards and deadlines.

Key Skills / Requirements

• B.Arch with relevant project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹840,000.00 per year
