Project Manager (Architect)

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that company premises (stores/office) structures, furniture, fixtures and equipment are maintained in proper operating condition in a routine, scheduled, systematic or anticipated manner to prevent failure and/or degradation. He will supervise store constructions and demolitions and oversee the repairs and maintenance of store/office premises to ensure that all facilities and equipment are always in optimum good working order and required tasks are completed in a timely manner at the least possible cost for operational effectiveness.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor/2Yrs& Up Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture, Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills and with Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, fast learner, team player, emphatic, confident, possess good interpersonal skills, maintain strict confidentiality, mature, can deal with different types of personalities, and has the ability to multitask.
• Knowledgeable in standard software applications including MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other office productivity tools is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Willing to render overtime with pay.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities (premises and equipment) in coordination with concerned store manager/OIC.
• Supervise the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Prepare and implement repairs and maintenance procedures including documentation requirements (eg. Aircon cleaning, fire extinguishers refilling, repair works, etc.) in all facilities.
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for facilities maintenance including but not limited to sanitation, pest control, fire safety and mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve concerns (floors, ceiling, walls, lighting, electrical, etc.) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to requests for repairs and plan and oversee all repair and installation activities (premises and equipment) in coordination with concerned store head.
• Source equipment suppliers/service providers/contractors, solicit at least three proposals/quotations and determine and recommend the best option to take.
• Liaise with equipment suppliers/service providers/contractors for repairs and maintenance of facilities and coordinate with the store/office department concerned.
• Handle government inspections for compliance of physical premises that may be scheduled in the company facilities.
• Supervise stores constructions and demolitions.
• Responsible for the projects from beginning to end, including staffing, budgets, maintaining policies, keeping the site safe and maintaining a set schedule.
• Create a project plan and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project. Project supervisors must understand how each component contributes to the project to best supervise it to completion.
• Handle other repairs and maintenance concerns as needed
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor facilities for furniture, fixture and equipment inventory.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
