Project Manager - Architectural

Responsibilities:

·         Architectural design, production and presentation work for residential, and mixed-use projects;

·         Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to review, manage, and verify construction drawings, technical design detailing, and comprehensive project documentation；

·         Coordinate multidisciplinary external teams, including lead architects and main contractors；

·         Work closely with internal and external parties to monitor the project budget, assist in managing variations, and proactively resolve site conflicts or design clashes to mitigate delays.

Requirements:

·         Registered Architect and Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or an equivalent recognized professional institute

·         8-10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision

·         Strong in construction drawings, technical design detailing, and with refined design sense

·         Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, MS Project, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI

·         In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, land administration procedures and the local real estate market

·         Strong team player who can work independently, provide support to senior members and delegate to junior members of the team

·         Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
