Project Manager (ASAP)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The role will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and overall delivery performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, decisions, action items, and deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage project resources and ensure tasks are properly assigned and tracked.
• Provide regular project status reports to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow established governance, SDLC, Agile, or other applicable project methodologies.
• Support testing, deployment, implementation, and post-project activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end IT/software development projects.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, SDLC, and IT processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience handling large-scale digital transformation, application development, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore/onsite teams.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, software development, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
