PROJECT MANAGER / ASSISTANCE MANAGER (ELECTRICAL)

Our client TECHNOLGENT SDN BHD is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Manager (Electrical) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Develop project plans: Create comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Manage electrical projects: Coordinate and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
• Provide technical expertise: Offer technical expertise and oversight to ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress: Track project progress, report on key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a positive team environment: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Who are they looking for?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering: Candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience: Candidates with 5 or more years of experience in project management within the construction industry are preferred. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Technical knowledge: Candidates with strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, and relevant regulations and standards are preferred.
• Project management skills: Candidates with excellent project management skills, including proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation are preferred.
• Communication skills: Candidates with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams are preferred.
• Problem-solving skills: Candidates with demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes are preferred.
• Experience in Data Center projects: Candidates with experience in Data Center projects would be an advantage.
• Able to be posted to projects in Johor area: Candidates must be able to be posted to projects in the Johor area.
