Project Manager Assistant (Chinese-speaking)

Ubiquity Service is looking for Project Manager Assistant (Chinese-speaking) to join the team in Barcelona. Ubiquity Service is a Warsaw, Poland-based automotive technology service provider dedicated to providing tailored, seamless, and comprehensive technical service support and solutions for Chinese automotive companies entering the European market. We assist Chinese automotive companies in successfully entering the European market by meeting the specific demands of the region.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes, and keeping project information up to date.
• Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.
• Take part in automotive testing ( driver assistance systems, connectivity) and help prepare test reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Fluent Chinese and good English.
• Valid European driver's license.
• Readiness for frequent business trips (approximately 10 months per year).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time on a B2B contract.
• Responsibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
