Project Manager Assistant

NUUO US Inc. is looking for a Project Manager Assistant who is punctual, cool under pressure, succeeds in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in entering the PM side of construction.

Being Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Documentation:
• Support the PM in preparing, tracking, and managing purchase orders (POs) and payment applications.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation.
• On-Site Assistance:
• Join site visits within the FAB to support the PM in monitoring project progress.
• Help coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and onsite teams as directed by the PM.
• Client Reporting Support:
• Assist the PM in compiling and delivering progress reports to clients.
• Help communicate updates, key milestones, and project developments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.
• Responsible with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective team support.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in construction or project management support is a plus.
• Familiarity with documentation processes such as POs and payment applications.
• Proficiency in communicating cross cultures.
