What they need
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support project managers in coordinating all phases of construction projects.
Must be at least conversational in spanish or more languages. Must be willing to travel to San Francisco area once or twice a week.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining detailed project schedules using scheduling software to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Support on-site activities.
Experience
- Prior experience welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
