Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (A&A / Fitting-out Works)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead, plan, and oversee the entire lifecycle of A&A fitting-out projects — from project inception to final handover.

·         Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

·         Effectively lead and coordinate internal and external teams, including clients, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.

·         Act as the main point of contact for clients — providing clear, proactive, and accountable communication on project progress, budget updates, and key decisions.

·         Closely monitor construction quality, cost control, and site safety to ensure all works comply with contract requirements, company standards, and Hong Kong regulations.

·         Identify and resolve on-site issues and technical challenges with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.

·         Minimum 5 years’ solid project management experience in Hong Kong A&A or fitting-out works.

·         Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a results-driven mindset.

·         Curious and proactive learner, passionate about improving craftsmanship, technology, and project management practices.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — clear, responsive, and responsible.

·         Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Building Regulations, site safety, and statutory submission procedures.

·         Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

·         Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

·         Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
