Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our team at KINGWOOD (SINGAPORE) ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. in the heart of the Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to coordination and delivery
2. Responsible for overall quality, schedule, budget & risk management control and monitoring for projects
3. Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
4. Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address them
5. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project team and management

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Degree in in Interior Design, Building Construction, or a related field is an advantage
2. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role, preferably within the construction industry
4. Experience in furniture & fitting out work at luxury retail shop are highly desirable
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
6. Proficient in using project management software and tools such as MS Office, Autocad & MS Project
7. Attention to detail and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems
8. Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Willing to travel overseas
