Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, coordinating on-site operations, and managing sub-contractors and workers to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles for signage, event setups, and construction/fitting-out projects.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily site operations and work procedures for workers and sub-contractors.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
• Perform site visits, measurements, and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and emergency situations promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in signage, events, or construction/fitting-out project management. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for Project Manager).
• Proven track record of managing site workers and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
