Join JLL Project & Development Services as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager and take ownership of delivering end-to-end Design & Build (D&B) interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and education sectors in Singapore. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through successful completion, coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the central point of coordination—balancing stakeholder expectations, managing design development, overseeing construction execution, and ensuring seamless project handover. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Design & Build (D&B) interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors (commercial offices, retail, hospitality, industrial, education)
• Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent projects at different stages—from project initiation, design development, and tender management through construction execution and final handover
• Lead project planning activities including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation in alignment with client requirements and JLL standards
• Manage tender processes including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of contractor bids, and recommendation of awards while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution—chairing progress meetings, resolving technical issues, and managing change requests and variation orders
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and address on-site challenges proactively
• Manage authority submissions (CSC, TOP) and ensure full regulatory compliance with BCA, SCDF, LTA, URA, and NEA requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of hands-on project management experience in contractor or consultancy firms managing interior fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Proven Design & Build (D&B) project delivery experience—candidates must have managed D&B projects from design coordination through construction completion (not just design coordination, site supervision, or project support roles)
• Bachelor's degree in Building/Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different sectors (commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, education) while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, procurement, and authority submission requirements (CSC, TOP, regulatory compliance)
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills with ability to manage clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams effectively
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with legal right to work in Singapore without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Experience in project management consultancy environments or main contractor settings delivering tenant fit-out and landlord refurbishment projects
• Familiarity with tenant coordination, retailfit-outs, or hospitality projects where live operations and phased handovers are required
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordination and experience with digital project management platforms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project scheduling and documentation tools
• Green Mark Accredited Professional (GM AP) certification or familiarity with sustainability compliance in construction projects
• Prior experience working in regional or multi-country project delivery environments across Asia-Pacific
