About the role

AREA-17 Architecture & Interior is an international design consultancy firm specializing in retail projects for luxury brands. The Hong Kong Team is expanding to accommodate an array of upcoming projects. We are seeking high caliber candidates to grow with the firm in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role.

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Job Duties:
Follow up projects with clients, suppliers, contractors, and designers

Check all drawings in detail and modify defects accurately

Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, and email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely

Report project status to management and related parties

Check tender submissions, quotations, and timeline and prepare analysis

Handle full set of drawings and presentations

Provide technical solutions to projects

Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress

Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects, preferably in retail projects of luxury brands

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp is a must

Knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

A good team player with positive and proactive attitude

Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking

Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure

Prospect:
To be able to manage clients and projects independently

• Candidate with extensive experience leading luxury retail projects would be considered for the position of Project Manager.
