Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:-

·         Leading a team of Engineers in tendering, budget estimation, statutory submission, site supervision and

project execution of electrical contracts

·         Responsible for project planning, quotations, coordination, procurements and project control of electrical

installation

·         Overall management of project staff, contract works and sub-contractor’s site installation works

Job Requirements:-

·         Holder of Degree in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

·         Chartered membership of HKIE / MIET / MCIBSE / preferred

·         At least 8 years (for Project Manager) proven experience

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

·         Out-going, independent & self-motivated

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
