We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Site Agent to join our team at DJ Group Holdings (HK) Limited'. As a key member of our construction project management division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our high-profile projects. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution
• Identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges, and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and performance, and providing regular updates to the management team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Mentoring and leading a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years project management experience within the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute comprehensive project plans
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant digital tools
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the construction industry
