Project Manager Assistant – Software Development

We are looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Hemy Platform. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and development team to keep tasks, documentation, communication, and follow-up on track.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role, preferably within software development.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and release.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Ability to maintain project schedules, track milestones and dependencies, and follow up on deadlines.
• Ability to document meetings accurately, including decisions, action items, responsible persons, and due dates.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and users.
• Ability to gather, clarify, and organize business requirements and user feedback for review by the team.
• Confidence in following up on outstanding tasks and escalating blockers to the Project Manager.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining project documentation and preparing status reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn the platforms used in Hemy, including Fabrics, Omniverse, and the Rayfin app.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Agile or Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience coordinating software testing, user acceptance testing, bug tracking, and release preparation.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria with guidance from the Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with MS Fabrics, Omniverse, and the Rayfin app.
• Experience tracking project hours, resource allocation, and budget information.
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for management or steering committee meetings.
• Relevant education or training in project management, IT, business administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Work Arrangement

• Full onsite role from Monday to Friday
• Time schedule: 2pm to 11pm Ph time
• Location: Alabang/Davao office
