Project Manager/ Asst. Project Manager - Electrical

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the team for the project execution and management
• Monitor the progress and quality of electrical installation works
• Coordinate and monitor the installation site work and work handover to clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors etc
• Support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines

• Experience in handling Data Centre projects is an advantage

• Work in construction site/ site office

• At least 8 years relevant experience (< 8 years will be considered as an Assistant Project Manager)

• Chartered membership of HKIE / MIET / MCIBSE / preferred

• Good command of spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team leader

• Immediate available is highly preferred
