Project Manager (電子產品一站式B2B平台)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation: Responsible for the overall planning of the supply chain platform project, formulating project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, and leading the project execution from 0 to 1.

2. Business Model Design: Research market operating models for electronics trading and supply chain finance; design platform business workflows tailored to the company, covering product listing, transaction matching, order management, logistics tracking, payment settlement, and supply chain financing (such as buyer installment plans and early supplier payouts).

3. Partnership Management (Key Responsibility): Responsible for identifying and on-boarding external partners required for the platform, including:

   • Funding Partners (banks, finance companies, or funds) to provide trade financing;
   • Technology Vendors to develop the platform system;
   • Logistics Partners to integrate delivery services.

4. Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with legal and compliance advisors to ensure platform operations (especially financing components) comply with relevant regulatory requirements; establish frameworks for customer due diligence, credit assessment, and transaction risk monitoring.

5. System Requirements Analysis and Development: Map out business requirements, author system functional specifications, and collaborate with internal IT or external developers to build the platform (including the front-end user interface, back-end management system, payment processing, and loan approval modules).

6. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate internal procurement, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration and drive project progress.

7. Project Monitoring and Go-Live: Manage project schedule, quality, and costs; organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT); ensure the platform launches smoothly on schedule; and develop post-launch continuous optimization and operational plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines preferred.

2. Work Experience:

   • 5+ years of project management experience with a background in Supply Chain Finance, E-Commerce Platforms, Trade Finance, or related fields.
   • Hands-on experience taking B2B/B2C trading platforms, supply chain financing products, or FinTech projects from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
   • Proven experience in liaising with external partners (e.g., banks, finance companies, technology vendors) is a strong plus.

3. Professional Knowledge:

   • Sound understanding of the electronics trading industry and supply chain finance models (e.g., accounts receivable financing, inventory financing, purchase order financing).
   • Basic financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities.
   • Familiarity with platform economy dynamics and e-commerce operational logic.

4. Skills & Competencies:

   • Excellent project management skills (familiarity with Agile or traditional PM methodologies).
   • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
   • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
   • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working under high-pressure environments.

5. Licenses / Certifications (Preferred):

   • Professional qualifications such as PMP, CSCP, CFA, or CPA are a plus.
   • Experience in applying for relevant financial licenses is an advantage.
