We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international project and coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders.

We're looking for someone practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning through delivery, while keeping communication, priorities and deadlines under control.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from start to delivery
• Manage project timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across technical and business teams
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Organise and facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions
• Track progress, deliverables and project milestones
• Identify risks and issues and support their resolution
• Prepare project status updates and reporting
• Ensure clear communication between all parties involved
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and ways of working

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in Project Management
• Experience coordinating different teams and stakeholders
• Good understanding of project planning, delivery and risk management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working autonomously in an international setting
• Fluent French
• Good level of English

Nice to have

• Experience within IT, Digital or Technology projects
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or other relevant certification
• Experience working with distributed or international teams

Working Model

• 🏠 Remote from Portugal
• 💼 B2B contract only
• 💰 Up to €265/day
• 🇫🇷 French is mandatory
• ⚡ Immediate availability / short notice strongly preferred
• 🕘 European working hours
