Project Manager – BI & Reporting Transformation

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development and go-to-market initiatives for a leading cosmetics and consumer goods brand in Singapore. This contract role is central to delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget in a fast-moving consumer category.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for cosmetics and consumer goods product launches, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and external vendors to ensure seamless project alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and status reports, proactively resolving blockers and escalating critical issues.
• Drive stage-gate processes for new product development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned to improve future delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, packaging, regulatory requirements, and retail execution in the consumer sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration with regional and international teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies across multiple markets.
