Base Shanghai, first project in Wuxi Role Purpose

• This role is responsible is to ensure project management of Project Delivery for BLS-NEA and to act as a key business leader in the achievement of the Company’s goals and objectives, and the formulation and implementation of the business growth strategies. Main responsibilities
• Overall control and responsibility for the designated project(s); Management of planning, implementation and finalization of projects for biopharma and life science (large size EPC or EPCM projects)
• Ownership of cost, time and quality targets of the project and Key communication channel with the client and the project representative of the company
• Overall responsibility for EHS and related topics, to ensure corporate EHS objectives, and EHS regulatory requirements are achieved.
• Internal and external project reporting
• Assembly and management Exyte’s project team during the planning and execution phase Qualifications
• Degree with background in engineering or related discipline
• 5 years BioPharma and life science project management / construction / engineering experience; Completed project from start to finish
• Experience in a project management leadership position
• Significantly sized projects of $100 million
• Previous project experience in relevant fields eg pharmaceutical construction projects, etc
• Commercial knowledge
• Excellent project management skills PMP certified (preferred)
• Strong commercial / financial skills
• Strong business development skills
• Strong ability in tendering/bidding process
• Develops execution plans
• Drives execution and performance
