Project Manager / Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial and project operations of a construction business. This role requires someone who understands the construction industry, can manage project timelines and coordination, and has strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Construction Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Track project costs, materials, labor, expenses, and budgets.
• Assist with procurement, vendor quotations, purchasing, and material deliveries.
• Maintain bookkeeping records, invoices, expenses, AP/AR, and reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Maintain and update project information, job costs, and documentation using Construction Foreman.
• Prepare project updates, financial reports, cost estimates, and other business documents.
• Identify project or financial issues and proactively follow up or recommend solutions.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Construction industry experience or strong familiarity with construction operations
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks
• Hands-on experience using Construction Foreman
• Experience in project management/project coordination
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimates, job costing, procurement, or vendor coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently

Important: Candidates without hands-on QuickBooks and Construction Foreman experience and familiarity with the construction industry will not be considered.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
