Project Manager (Bridge System)

• Responsible for the entire project delivery lifecycle from start up to aftermarket handover with full ownership of scope, schedule, risk and P&L.
• Participate in tendering activities of prospects and manage tendering activity when required.
• Participate in the handover from sales, ensure proper internal and external kick-off.
• Accountable for project execution in accordance with contractual obligations, project budget, risks management and schedules.
• Manage the customer change orders, survey and improvement customer satisfaction of the projects.
• IAT, FAT planning and execution.
• Prepare internal and external periodic reporting to include stakeholder management.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Contribute to the improvement of process or procedure externally and internally, lesson learnt or other KPI’s.
• Responsible for HSE and quality for the delivery projects.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years above, preferred in marine/oil & gas/shipping industry
• Good knowledge about project execution methodology, tools, and techniques for the entire project life cycle
• Proven skills in leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, persuasion, and motivation
• Knowledge of contracts and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and change management
• Able to work with multi-cultural team and handle multiple projects
• Self-starter and ability to make technical and business decisions
• Strong ability to develop relationships with clients
• PMP by PMI, Practitioner by PRINCE2, C-level by IPMA is an added advantage
• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin by writing and speaking
