Project Manager – Cabinetry

**Full-Time | $45,000–$60,000**

The Stone Mill is looking for a Project Manager for our cabinetry
division to manage residential cabinetry projects from order through
installation and completion.

This is a hands-on operations role focused on **scheduling,
purchasing, builder communication, installation coordination, and
problem-solving**. We handle a high volume of production-builder work, along with residential and custom projects.

We are open to candidates from cabinetry or residential construction
backgrounds. A strong **production-builder superintendent or
construction project manager** could be an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do

* Manage cabinetry projects after sales/design handoff through final completion.
* Review plans, specifications, purchase orders, selections,
quantities, and schedules.
* Order cabinetry and track lead times, backorders, shortages,
damages, and delivery dates.
* Coordinate with builders, suppliers, warehouse staff, installers,
and internal teams.
* Manage installation schedules across multiple crews and active jobs.
* Confirm jobs are actually ready before committing installation dates.
* Identify problems early and keep builders and customers informed.
* Resolve shortages, damaged material, punch-list items, and
incomplete installations.
* Maintain accurate project status, deadlines, next steps, and
communication in company systems.
* Help improve installation capacity, organization, and overall project flow.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong organization and follow-through.
* Ability to manage many active projects at the same time.
* Experience with scheduling, construction, logistics, or project coordination.
* Strong communication with builders, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Comfortable making decisions and solving problems without constant
supervision.
* Able to hold others accountable while maintaining good working relationships.
* Comfortable using software and structured tracking systems.
* Calm under pressure and able to spot problems before they become emergencies.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is especially valuable:

* Production homebuilding / superintendent
* Residential construction project management
* Cabinetry or millwork
* Cabinet installation or installation management
* Kitchen and bath
* Building materials
* Construction purchasing or logistics

**Cabinetry experience is preferred but not required.** We can teach
the product side to someone who already understands construction
schedules, job coordination, and accountability.

Compensation

**$45,000–$60,000 per year**, depending on experience.
