Project Manager — CCaaS Implementations

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in CCaaS implementations to lead technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless deployment of CCaaS solutions, particularly Five9 CCaaS, while collaborating across multiple teams. This role requires strong technical project management expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and proven leadership in managing complex technology projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Duties

• Lead technical project management efforts for CCaaS implementations, focusing on Five9 CCaaS solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, support, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize project management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to meet project milestones.
• Supervise and mentor junior technical project & program managers involved in CCaaS deployment initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure technical solutions meet client requirements and organizational standards while adhering to best practices in CCaaS deployment.

Skills

• Extensive experience in technical project management within the technology sector, specifically with CCaaS solutions such as Five9.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in supervising and mentoring other project managers or team members involved in technical projects.
• In-depth understanding of CCaaS platforms and deployment processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Required

• Hands-on Five9 administration experience — you have supported the platform yourself, not only managed the people who did.
• 3+ years managing customer-facing software or telecom implementation projects, running several at once.
• Experience delivering fixed-scope, fixed-timeline engagements for external clients — you have owned a date and hit it.
• Working understanding of contact center concepts: call routing, IVR, queues and skills, outbound dialing, agent workflows, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication — the ability to run a call with a VP of Sales and a network engineer in the same room and lose neither.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope and surface risk early rather than absorbing it quietly.
• Comfort working with a small team and limited process, and the judgment to build the process that is missing.

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
