Project Manager (CE/EE/ME)

ETE GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager — Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Machanical Engineer to lead and deliver government and private sector engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will be the single point of accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and quality — working closely with ecternal counterparts and cross-functional internal teams.

This role sits within our fast-growing Engineering Business Unit, which you will have full P&L visibility over your projects and direct authority to make technical and resource decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans: WBS, Gantt charts, resource plans, and risk registers
• Monitor progress against milestones; report status to leadership and government agencies on a regular cadence
• Control project costs (Cost Management Plan) and ensure spending stays within approved budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively; maintain an updated risk register
• Resolve field engineering issues swiftly to maintain schedule momentum
• Verify accuracy of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and work volumes before submission
• Lead, assign, and develop a team of site engineers and technical staff
• Select, contract, and evaluate subcontractor performance
• Manage project cash flow in close coordination with the Finance department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Machanical Engineer
• Professional Engineer License (กว.) — Intermediate Level (สามัญ) is preferred
• Minimum 7 years experience in project management in both government and private sector engineering projects
• Fluent in English communication
