About the client

In this role, you will:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve agreed objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for management review.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Build strong working relationships across teams to drive operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance processes, customer experience, and organisational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Public Health, Nursing, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Allied Health, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in project, programme, or funding management, with a proven track record of driving initiatives from planning through execution.
• Solid understanding of public health, social development, community services, or elderly care sectors; familiarity with government policies and emerging community needs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, educational institutions, and professional bodies.
