Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with combined Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) project experience to manage and oversee construction projects in Dammam and Al Khobar.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of experience, strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction market, and proven experience managing civil, mechanical, and electrical works under a single project scope.

The candidate must possess excellent project execution, leadership, planning, and direct client-facing skills.

This position is strictly on an Ajeer rental basis, with immediate availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complete project execution covering Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.

• Lead projects from mobilization and planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Supervise civil construction, infrastructure, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical installations, and associated MEP activities.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and execution plans.

• Ensure proper coordination and integration between civil and MEP disciplines.

• Monitor project progress, cost control, manpower productivity, procurement, and material availability.

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project documentation.

• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.

• Conduct progress meetings with clients and consultants and resolve technical and operational challenges.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

• Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and implement corrective actions.

• Manage project inspections, testing, commissioning, snag-list clearance, and final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant project management and construction experience.

• Proven hands-on experience managing both Civil and MEP works is mandatory.

• Strong experience in Saudi Arabia's construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors.

• Demonstrated experience handling multidisciplinary construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Proven experience coordinating directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or major industrial and infrastructure clients is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and subcontractor management.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, where applicable.

• Valid Iqama and eligibility for an appropriate Ajeer rental arrangement.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
