Project Manager-Civil

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Oversee high-rise building construction, including RCC works, MEP systems, and finishing touches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project delivery, monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
• Strong understanding of civil project planning, budgeting, costing, and scheduling.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (high-rise buildings) using various materials such as concrete (RCC).
• Excellent people management skills with ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
