Job description
Project Planning & Scheduling Prepare project execution plan
Fund Flow & Cost Control Manage budget, track expenses, align execution with fund availability
Site Execution Coordination Manage daily site progress through team coordination - Daily work completion vs plan
Design & Drawing Coordination Ensure proper drawings before execution and manage revisions
Procurement & Material Coordination Ensure timely availability of materials as per schedule - Material delay incidents
Quality Control Maintain execution quality across civil works
Client Coordination Handle client communication during execution stage -
Documentation & Reporting Maintain project reports, cost tracking, and updates - Daily/weekly report submission
Handover & Closure Ensure smooth completion and final delivery of project
Qualification
Batchelor's degree with minimum 3 year of experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Manager /Site engineer : 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
