Project Manager – Civil

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction activities from execution to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site engineers.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, materials and manpower requirements.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Conduct progress reviews and resolve site execution issues.
• Report project progress, risks and corrective actions to management.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction execution, quality control and project planning.
• Strong leadership and contractor coordination skills.
