Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil with a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial construction projects, including cement plants, manufacturing plants, factories, steel structures, and heavy industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, project planning expertise, and proven experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and manage industrial civil construction projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Oversee civil construction activities, including foundations, RCC structures, structural steel works, industrial buildings, and equipment foundations.
• Manage industrial projects such as cement plants, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and production plants.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, material requirements, and equipment mobilization.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, method statements, and project documentation.
• Ensure effective coordination between civil, mechanical, structural steel, and MEP teams.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project progress review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage project variations, subcontractor performance, billing coordination, and project handover.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably industrial projects.
• Proven experience in cement plants, manufacturing plants, factories, or similar industrial facilities.
• Previous UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial foundations, RCC structures, structural steel erection, and civil infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, planning, and contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience independently managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve project deadlines.
• Excellent client coordination and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and industrial safety requirements.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in industrial construction projects within the UAE or GCC.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
