Job Description

• Candidate having minimum qualification of B.E civil with 10 to 15 years of experience in residential buildings.

• Planning Sequence of all activities till project completion.

• Prepare and implement work strategies, processes, time schedule, prepare work packages, material procurement process Sub contracting, identify suitable contractors, work assignments with set deliverables, timeline and cost budget.

• Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress updates and presentations for progress review.

• Monitoring day to day operations of work at site, problem solving, implement improvement measures.

• Manpower planning, productivity analysis, resource management.

• Coordination with other departments and consultants to get work completed.

• Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.
