Project Experience: Commercial & Building Construction Projects
Location : Batam
Our subsidiary group is urgently needed Project Manager with strong project cost control and quantity surveying knowledge for civil construction projects. You will plan, organize, and control project activities to ensure completion on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Project Manager or similiar position in civil construction projects, preferably landed, commercial building or similar projects
Strong understanding of project management, QS , BOQ, budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant project/QS software (e.g. AutoCAD or similar)
Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Based In BATAM is a plus, can join IMMEDIATELY
