Project Manager – Civil / High-Rise Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to manage and deliver high-rise building construction projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate must have strong UAE construction experience, proven leadership capability, and solid experience managing projects from planning through execution and completion.

Mandatory Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

* Minimum 15+ years of overall construction experience

* Strong UAE building construction experience

* Proven experience managing high-rise / tower projects

* Previous experience with a Main Contractor

* Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, cost, quality, and safety

* Excellent coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

* Strong leadership and project management skills

* Dubai experience is highly preferred

* Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited Floors approval/certification is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the project from mobilization through completion and handover

* Lead construction, engineering, planning, commercial, QA/QC, and HSE teams

* Ensure project activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, budget, and programme

* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and resources

* Coordinate with the client, consultant, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions

* Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements

* Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and overall project performance

* Lead progress meetings and provide regular reports to senior management

* Ensure timely completion and successful handover of the project

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with extensive experience delivering 25+ floor high-rise residential or commercial projects in Dubai/UAE will be given preference.
