Project Manager (Civil Project)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee project progress, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Manage site operations and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
• Lead project handover and ensure timely completion of all outstanding works and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably PEB-recognised.
• Relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
