Project Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose of Position: The primary role of this position is to manage project development cycle, drive on-time execution, and collaborate with global organizations and cross functional teams to deliver VAE projects as quickly as possible. There will be no direct subordinate for this role in the initial stage but this person is expected to lead the engineering team members to finish the projects successfully.

Essential Functions

• Develop, monitor and manage multiple projects across countries and time zones
• Hands-on project management and actively manages project plan, scope, deliverables, dependencies
• Set and maintain a detailed timeline and milestones for every project
• Ensure on-time execution with high quality
• Prepare communication plan and related project status reports to key stakeholders and senior management
• Identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Work with lead engineers and global experts in participating engineering design and making technical decisions

Education, Background and Skill Requirements:

• CET-6 or above, excellent oral and written English is the essential requirement as the candidate will need to host conference calls with the global teams
• Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Electronics or Mechanical engineering related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience; candidate with PMP certification has added advantage
• Minimum 10 years Electronics or Mechanical engineering experience in new product development or VAE or MOL in industrial segment.
• The experience of directly leading engineering team is a plus
• Experience in international project management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills needed to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work across cross-functional groups
• Hands-on and Detail orientated
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically and collaboratively to solve project roadblocks
• Demonstrate the skills of strong leadership in very lean but demanding and sometimes frustrating environment
• Experience with manufacturing and suppliers
