Project Manager

PT Magna Kapital Indonesia is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of a new Korean-themed Coffee Shop, Restaurant & Bakery. This role will be responsible for managing the project from planning and construction through operational readiness and grand opening.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end project execution, from concept development to store opening.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate renovation, fit-out, and operational setup activities.
• Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and solutions.
• Ensure all operational requirements, licenses, equipment, and store readiness are completed before launch.
• Work closely with management, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure a successful opening.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience handling F&B, retail, hospitality, commercial renovation, or outlet opening projects is highly preferred.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work on-site during renovation, fit-out, and opening phases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening an F&B outlet, café, restaurant, or retail store from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Korean brands, Korean F&B concepts, or Korean lifestyle trends.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in startup or expansion projects.
