Project Manager

About the role

As Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, working closely with internal teams, main contractors, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Project Manager with strong interior fit-out and joinery (wardrobe, kitchen and cabinetry) experience to take ownership of premium residential and commercial projects from planning and mobilisation through to successful, defect-free handover.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, managing and monitoring project programmes, milestones and installation schedules.
• Coordinating site readiness, access, logistics, deliveries, manpower and installation activities.
• Managing project interfaces with main contractors, designers, consultants and other trades to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors and installation teams to achieve programme, quality, productivity and safety objectives.
• Reviewing shop drawings, technical submissions, setting-out and site conditions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitoring workmanship and ensuring projects meet contractual, quality, safety and applicable BCA and CONQUAS requirements.
• Managing inspections, snagging, de-snagging and final handover to achieve high-quality project completion.
• Supporting commercial and contract administration, including variation orders, progress claims, retention and project documentation.
• Identifying project risks and delays early and developing practical recovery solutions.
• Working closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Commercial and Showroom teams to ensure smooth project execution.

About you

• Mid-level project management, project supervision or coordination experience.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out and/or joinery (wardrobe, kitchen and cabinetry) projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project activities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings and specifications.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to coordinate and hold subcontractors and project stakeholders accountable for delivery.
