Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY

He is responsible in managing all contract negotiations and successfully complete the project with the goal of meeting schedule, meeting quality standards and staying within the proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good customer and vendor relationship.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil works for buildings, infrastructure, industrial power plants, transmission lines, or substations.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably with formal training in Project Management.
• Willing to work at the Head Office, Satellite Offices, and Project Sites, as required.
• Head Office: Anonas, Quezon City

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides managerial and technical supervision of the overall planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project activities.
• Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project’s SHE, Quality, Time & Cost Targets.
• Directs have review and implementation of budgets, detailed work schedules, work plans and manpower projects.
• Create, monitor detailed project schedule.  Ensures the achievement of the project timetable objective through regular meetings and constant communication with procurement, resource management, logistics and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor and update revenues in line with project activity and create monthly revenue and schedule projection.
• Create every 15th and 30th billing accomplishment and manage client for approval.
• Provides weekly accurate reports to Head Project Execution and BU Head.
• Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
• Adhere to policies/procedures, Employee Code of Ethics & Conducts, and Corporate Governance.
• Protects Intellectual property, company propriety & confidential information.
• Create project closeout report.
