Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bregenz. In this role, the Project Manager oversees end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, addressing risks and issues, coordinating with expeditors and logistics partners, and ensuring quality through inspections and compliance checks. The Project Manager collaborates closely with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals and transformation initiatives. The role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and continuously improving project processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Knowledge of Expeditor and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of project-related materials and services.
• Inspection and quality assurance capabilities, with the ability to oversee compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured work approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
• Experience in management consulting, transformation projects, or performance improvement initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in standard project management tools and MS Office; fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
