PROJECT MANAGER

(Minimum 5-10 years of Experience)

• Maintains documentation, budget, and schedule.
• Manages the construction phase from start to finish.
• Engages with past, current and future clients.
• Cultivates relationships in the workplace, job site and the marketplace.
• Works in a team player environment with all parties involved in the project.

PM Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree –construction management, engineering, architecture or business preferred.
• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, Bluebeam, Phoenix Project Management, Textura, knowledge of Timberline and other helpful computer applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of project management and accounting principles relating to construction industry.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
