Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and supervise the preparation of construction organization designs and specialized construction method statements.

2. Review and interpret construction drawings, engineering designs, and related technical documents; review and approve procurement requests and material applications for site operations.

3. Develop overall project plans and construction schemes; take full responsibility for project management, including production, technical management, quality control, safety management, secondary business development, financial management, and team building.

4. Organize and oversee the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of various construction plans, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules.

5. Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Ensure the timely completion of project documentation; follow up on project payments from clients to improve cash flow; manage project cost accounting and review and control project expenditures.

7. Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities; ensure the efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while controlling overall project costs.

8. Organize project completion, handover, acceptance, and final settlement activities; coordinate with clients and third-party auditors to successfully complete final audit reviews and approvals.

9. Resolve technical issues arising during construction; coordinate and adjudicate technical disputes; lead value engineering, design optimization, and detailed engineering improvements as a key contributor to project profitability and secondary business development.

10. Serve as a core member of the pre-bid and project execution “Iron Triangle” team, providing recommendations on cost optimization and pricing strategies, particularly for major materials and equipment procurement.

11. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications :

✅ College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale mechanical and electrical projects.
✅ Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to lead a team independently in large-scale projects.

Job Requirements :

4. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships among clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, successful project completion, and final settlement.

5. Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale industrial construction projects. Experience in data center construction projects is required or highly preferred. Overseas project experience is an advantage.

6. Strong cost control awareness and proven expertise in project cost management, with the ability to maximize project profitability.

7. Basic Chinese and Proficient English speaking.
