Project Manager

• Managing project activities safely, meet project quality plan and specification, in-timely manner and within budget.
• Ensure all corporate Policy implemented properly during construction phase and completion phase.
• Developed and led multi-disciplinary team to redefine problems and reach solutions based on different perspectives.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
• Ensured compliance with industry regulations by staying current on changes in legislation or guidelines relevant to projects’ scopes.
• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.
• Managing change management - to the client and from the Subcontractor through proper change management procedure.
• Led cross-functional teams for successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Analyzed project performance data to identify areas of improvement.
• Regularly monitors project progress for adherence to schedule versus percentage completed.
• Prepares and issues project documents including progress report, project closed out report detailed project schedule updates and budget updates.
• Implemented change management processes to accommodate evolving project requirements while minimizing disruptions.

Qualification:

• Proven working experience in construction management, having bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
• Excellent Project and time management
• Having good leadership skills
• Business management skills
• Verbal communication skills (ENGLISH is a MUST)
• Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office - Cakung, East Jakarta and willing to be placed according to project needs if needed
