Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting and status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in program management or a related field (e.g., NPI).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in managing complex programs from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent program management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
