Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from planning through successful delivery. You will take ownership of assigned projects and ensure that scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality expectations are clearly defined and effectively managed.

Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with clients, Project Coordinators, developers, and other internal teams to define priorities, create clear project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and keep projects moving forward. You will provide direction to the project team, monitor progress and budgets, and take proactive action when issues or changes arise.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, managing multiple projects and priorities, and making sure teams remain aligned and accountable. Ultimately, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure delivery is aligned with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, quality standards, and client expectations
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and what success looks like
• Translate client and business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable plans for the project team
• Lead and coordinate Project Coordinators, developers, and other team members, ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities, and effective collaboration
• Maintain a clear overview of project schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, blockers, and high-priority tasks
• Identify risks and potential problems early, take proactive action, and follow up with the relevant people until issues are resolved
• Manage changes in scope, requirements, priorities, timelines, or resources and communicate their impact clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Act as the main escalation point for project-related matters and ensure important decisions and issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Lead project meetings and provide clear and regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Ensure critical and high-risk tasks are properly reviewed, tested, and verified before release, deployment, or client handover
• Review completed work together with clients and relevant teams to confirm that deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality expectations
• Keep project plans, documentation, reports, decisions, action items, approvals, and change requests clear, complete, and up to date
• Support Project Coordinators and other team members by providing direction, prioritization, guidance, feedback, and follow-up when needed
• Maintain accountability across the project team and make sure agreed actions and responsibilities are followed through
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve project processes, team communication, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall delivery quality

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, male or female
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-facing and teamwork mindset
• Proactive, responsible, and confident in leading, coordinating, and following up with others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Able to work effectively and make sound decisions under pressure
• Analytical thinker with a creative approach to solving problems
• Experience with Agile project management or similar ways of working is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage
