Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Product Lead and delivery teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring project activities are well‑documented, tracked, and communicated, and that delivery remains aligned with agreed timelines, budgets, and governance standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced technology and delivery environment supporting multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administration

• Support the Product Lead in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
• Update and maintain the project workplan and schedules
• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports
• Maintain project dashboards and tracking tools
• Support compliance with PMO standards and governance requirements
• Assist in basic budget tracking and resource allocation monitoring

Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Support onboarding and offboarding of project team members
• Assist with vendor coordination and project documentation management

Tools & Systems Management

• Maintain project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
• Ensure proper document version control and repository management
• Support accurate data entry and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IT Project Management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
• Proven experience in project planning, risk and issue management, and coordination across teams
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support resolution of scheduling or delivery conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT or technology transformation projects
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Background in financial services or fintech (preferred)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall / Agile exposure)

📍 Location: Makati City / Ortigas (Hybrid Setup)
